Solve For The Customer is a structured method that we apply to our engineering practices.
Rather than responding to the input of a client, we start with asking questions first. Layer after layer, we seek to find understanding and do our research. Understanding of your needs and the principles that govern your process. From that understanding, we develop -together with you and for you- solutions that work and put these in a smart project plan with clear objectives and deliverables.
We do not stop by making plans and giving advice. We take it one step further and implement this advice on site using our engineering experience and plant experience giving solutions that work in practice doing whatever it takes. Last but not least; we continuously seek ways to improve and evaluate every project in order to learn and become better.
Why do we apply #SFTC?
Very simple! We are a team of engineers with experience from working at asset owners as well as typical engineering firms and we were unsatisfied with the way engineering projects were typically handled…
We dislike rework and are big fans of first time right. We are there to realize projects with a minimum of effort by using the right type of effort at the right time. Rather than putting in the hours for ourself, we focus on producing great results for our clients. That is what the SFTC approach makes so appealing: it reduces costs, saves time and in our opinion: makes engineering fun and rewarding again.
